Linden Square would love to have your pets at our Indianapolis apartment community! We have no restrictions on breed or size for dogs, although there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly fee for pet owners.

Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which will be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, Linden Square and all other J.C. Hart communities necessitate a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required which covers the application, personal screening, and processing charges related to a new rental.

No, we do not allow our Residents to pre­pay their full lease. Rent is to be paid monthly, on the first of each month.
